Lodge Property Committee2010 Members: Lodge Property Committee Duties: 1. Insure that a sufficient number of tables, chairs and other furniture/property are provided for the lodge members and guests at all functions. 2. Inspect all donations before the Lodge takes possesion to ensure quality, need and cost. This committee is responsible to REJECT any undesirable donations. This prevents the Lodge from becoming a dumping ground of useless items. 3. Determine if any Lodge Property is unfit, unsafe, undesirable or unneeded and dispose of the item either through a Lodge Rummage sale or curb. A report of which is to be made at the next stated meeting. 4. Report any building repairs or needed projects to the Worshipful Master as needed. |
